Reported mechanism

Highly selective GHSR1a agonist with minimal off-target activity. The Aib (α-aminoisobutyric acid) at position 1 provides metabolic stability and the reduced aromatic load at positions 2-3 is thought to underlie the cleaner receptor profile compared to GHRP-6.
